Kid Cudi told Complex magazine that he will not sleep with groupies because he convinced himself he was a "ugly duckling" and that girls only want him because of his new found fame. This is what Kid Cudi said "So now that it's happening, I'm kind of hip to it. I know half of these B's wouldn't be talking to me if I wasn't Kid Cudi, and I'm not no fool .
